National Launch Campaign

The national launch campaign of bp’s new loyalty reward app; earnify™ was a full force collaboration. The campaign consisted of cross-funtional storytelling paired with meticulous content strategy, touching segments such as app page development, CRM, point-of-purchase signage, digital paid media, social, brand partnerships, television spots and more.

 

Television: Points Family

Working with external agency partners, we were able to brief, brainstorm, shoot, and edit television spots for the launch of earnify™. These videos ran on national broadcasts and helped build the brand through moments of storytelling. We were able to carry this momentum and strategize more content to reach our audiences from all angles.

 

Paid Media

With content we captured at the television shoot, we were able to use video and photography to amplify support for the launch via paid social.

 

CRM: Customer Relationship Management.

Utilizing email, push, and SMS as our vehicles, we built a CRM journey that welcomed consumers the moment they signed up, reminded them to enjoy available perks, and explained all the benefits earnify™ has to offer.

 

PoP: Amazon Prime partnership

We partnered with Amazon Prime to sweeten the deal. Prime members can link their account to earnify™ to receive extra savings.

 

Executive Communications

Using the large reach of Greg Franks, SVP of Mobility & Convenience, we were able to craft messaging and content to help expand the reach of the app and its offers. Specifically helping push key “savings” moments through branded partnerships like the Amazon Prime Day offer for 4th of July.
